With a growing fleet of modern assets and investment in new technology, they are an industry leader in the domestic and international market.

The role

As a Field Service Mechanic, you will be travelling to a range of clients' sites across the industrial, food and beverage, and power sector. This will see you undertaking installs, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across a diverse variety of environments across the lower North Island region.

The opportunity will see you working closely alongside a tight-knit team of Mechanics, Temperature Control Technicians, and contractors to service and maintain our client's fleet of power generation and temperature control assets.

About you

Bringing strong attention to detail, you will enjoy a fast paced, collaborative environment. This may see you as an experienced residential or commercial electrician looking to take the step into the industrial space in a dynamic field-service based role. Alternatively, you may be an industrial electrician, searching for the opportunity to broaden your skillset, working on a variety of modern assets in a range of environments.

Those with mechanical knowledge alongside electrical experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with Cummins KV, CAT, QST, or Scania assets is advantageous but not essential. A valid New Zealand EWRB license and driver's license are required for this role.

This opportunity offers full training on a range of our client's assets, along with the opportunity to gain further qualifications while further enhancing your skillset in a supportive and encouraging environment.
