Yarrows the Bakers is one of the largest remaining independently owned bakeries in New Zealand. Founded by Alfred Yarrow in the small South Taranaki township of Manaia in 1923 it is proudly owned and operated by the third generation of Yarrows. The family owned and operated business has bakery operations in Auckland, Manaia, Rotorua and Tirau, producing a wide range of world-class frozen bakery products supplying major wholesale, retail and foodservice customers in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, US, the Middle East and most recently Africa.

Our product range includes long shelf life frozen dough for bread, buns and rolls, specialty breads, artisan breads, cookies, croissants, Tarts, Danish pastries.
