Natacha Dunn
General Manager Enterprise AdviserOriginally from France, Natacha moved to Taranaki in 2010 with her young family and is now proud to call Taranaki home. With a background in supply chain from the UK automotive industry, she now relishes her role as Business Adviser, helping enterprise, and the region grow. Natacha enjoys bringing people together and exploring ways to share Taranaki’s talent with the world. Away from the office, she makes the most of family time down at the beach, catching up with friends and enjoying the local arts and restaurant scene.
Zara Ryan
Senior Enterprise AdviserWaitara-born Zara has been with VT for more than a decade, coming with a background in marketing and market research. She moved to London early in her career, and was marketing manager for some of Europe’s largest charities. Her return to NZ saw her lead Education Taranaki as general manager, where she continued her passion for supporting others, and facilitating the career paths of Taranaki youth. Zara is passionate about helping Taranaki businesses thrive and works with business owners to brainstorm ideas and solutions. Outside the office, Zara is busy raising her young whānau and looking after an array of animals on her farmlet.
Jane Moffitt
Senior Enterprise AdviserWith her background in recruitment and human resources from UK, Australia, and New Zealand, Jane brings passion and experience to the team. As a talented connector and big picture thinker Jane enjoys being part of the growth of our region, its people and enterprises. Jane considers it a privilege to be part of this amazing province. Away from the office she enjoys exploring Taranaki on her e-bike, going to the beach with her labradors, as well as being spoilt for choice for great places to drink coffee with friends.

Enterprise AdviserNick has a background of more than 20 years of international new product development and innovation, delivering award-winning product designs to global markets. He has a master’s degree in design process innovation. When the surf is flat, Nick enjoys being able to help Taranaki startups get started and established companies to co-fund their growth.
Luke Millard
Enterprise AdviserWith passion and experience in culture and events, Luke has come to VT from NPDC events and community partnerships, weaving operations, and project management skills into the community arts space. Prior to this, he spent a decade in Sydney, filling his kete with a spectrum of events experience to bring home and share with our people. He believes in the vision of a prosperous, vibrant low emission future for all Taranaki, and that a thriving local arts and cultural sector is the keystone to this. True to form, after hours you’ll find him piecing arts projects together, putting on community events, connecting and collaborating with others to navigate the path to that vision.
Ronelba Blanco
Enterprise AdviserOriginally from Venezuela, Ronelba moved to Taranaki in 2012 with her family and is now a proud kiwi. She has an engineering background and 25+ years in the energy industry. She also has a master’s degree in business administration. Ronelba loves learning about the fantastic businesses in the region and takes great pleasure in supporting them in all the stages of their business growth cycle. She is passionate about innovation, sustainability and conscious businesses. Away from the office, she loves cooking, meditating and spending time with family and friends.
Kayleen Schoeman
Mentor Manager and Start-Up CoordinatorAn experienced programme coordinator skilled in customer service, volunteer recruitment and relationship management, Kayleen is proud to be Taranaki born and bred and is passionate about building a strong and vibrant community to live, work and play in! When she’s not busy running the Business Mentors programme and making mentor and business matches, Kayleen enjoys playing the ukulele, volunteering as a Companion for the Taranaki Seasons for Growth programme and running around after her family and various farmyard friends on their lifestyle property.
